How can I pay?
We use PayPal because they have a very strict policy regarding protecting your rights. If we try to sell you something, but we do not deliver, you will always get your money back and we have to pay a penalty. You can use your credit card to pay with PayPal.
Do I have to pay every month?
No, the payment is for the complete package and you have to pay only one time. Except for third parties payments, like Shopify ($ 29 per month in 2020)
I am based in Africa, how can I pay?
If you are located in Africa, you can use PayPal or direct bank transfer.

What if I am not happy?
Please, if you received the package and you are not happy, contact us by whatsapp. We will do our best to take away anything that is blocking you to start selling hair. You can always have the chat with the mentor.
Do you have images of hair products?
We use images of hair products for the Shopify online hair store. If you sell hair you do not want to surprise your clients to deliver hair that deviates from the images on your webstore. For that reason we can not deliver images of hair. But we have wholesale suppliers that love to help you with images.
Why do I have to pay a monthly fee for Shopify?
The Basic Shopify plan is especially designed for people with new business. To make sure that even the small business owners can set up their store, Shopify offers its Basic plan at just $29/month. You may think that, since it is a cheap plan, it may not be enough to set up a successful online store. The Shopify Basic plan comes with many services to support (online) marketing and selling. Like Online store (including security), two staff accounts, 24/7 support, sales channel, manual order creation, discount codes, etc. Choose this plan and start selling your products from your own online store. Online credit card transaction fee rate charged by Shopify is 2.9% + 30ยข.
This is the only recurrent fee and you only pay when you are ready to take in orders and sell hair.
Can I upgrade after signing up?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time after signing up. All you have to do is to contact your mentor, and your package will be upgraded and we will deduct the price you already paid.
How are the samples composed?
The samples are one bundle for every selected hair texture. The idea is to feel and test the hair, and to show your clients. If you want a sample with more bundles or a closure, please tell so we can adapt the order.
Do you make any percentage on my future profits?
What you earn selling hair or beauty products is 100% for you. How to Sell Hair Extensions helps you to set up the business and we will be there when you need us, for marketing support, business ideas or just a talk (1 dollar per minute).
When will the counter start for the 45 minutes free coaching?
The timer will start after you received the package and are ready to start. You will be informed when the 45 free minutes will start. No need to use all your time in one call or chat. Only use the time when and if you need it.
I want a web store, which package should I opt for?
I recommend a Shopify Web Store to sell your hair and beauty products. With the all-in-package + web store edition you do not have to worry about the setup and launch of the store, it’s all included.
If you prefer to design, setup and launch the store all by yourself, I recommend the other editions.
